Culinary Arts & Advanced

This program teaches students to use commercial food preparation equipment, how to prepare food, serve food, plan menus, and be cost effective. Students get hands on experience in the kitchen cooking various types of meals. Prepare meals for school staff every Thursday. Students take turns preparing the meal.
